My husband just purchased this product just because it was the ship. I think for the price is not bad. The image quality is ok, not great, but ok. Easy to install and instructions. Yes I Will recommend this product, but there are better products, such as Kodak and Sony, which one of these will be my next purchase.
Be very careful of this company. I bought the 8. 5 digital photo frame and when I opened it there was virtually no installation instructions. Basically they tell you to simply plug the USB cable to the computer. But when I did, nothing would happen, they say that the software is in the frame, but have never managed to download it on my computer. I tried on my second computer and got at least to appear, but again, it would download the software so it was impossible to load any pictures on it. Normally turns driving instuctions at the moment and try to understand what is wrong, but there are literally NO instuctions. The chassis is more focused on you intend to just put the memory sticks in the camera, rather than downloading the images from your computer. There are no telephone customer service or troubleshooting guides, if you have a problem. It is not really a good product and all buyers must be careful. I returned mine as of today.
I have two of these as a gift to my parents and parents of my husband. Both have, in defiance of both series are technologically impaired. It is apparently easy to use!
There is no way to hang this on a wall and has a huge cable unattractive. There is no possibility to put batteries in it. You can not view images at all if you’re standing in corners or if there is a certain glow. I should have spent more and get better!

It worked very well for about a month, until one day the backlight of the LCD screen just died for no apparent reason. The screen will still display “ghost” images, but are too weak to see it. I expect far better reliability for a device that normally operate for long periods. The line of manufacturer support phone drops calls in a voicemail and I’m still waiting for a callback, so there is no immediate action to resolve problems. The desktop software provides basic functionality Smartparts acceptable for uploading photos, but the function of automatic adjustment of the image tends to distort the edges of the photo so people seem to have small heads. No, I’m scherzando.Sono was very disappointed with the length of the electronic components of the frame, and I would not buy this brand again.
