They have no idea how this product works. Amazon sent me a $ 100 off promo for this product, but you can not use the coupon code for some reason. The VadoHD is thin and lightweight, with a mini-HDMI out, and the rubber finish is nice. Charges via USB.NOTA: The USB socket on the bottom of the stupid device has a sheet of rubber that is used to disconnect the USB plug. Goofy card that also means that you can not support the VadoHD to take video! Unlike all the other cams I’ve seen or own videos, you can not stand the device up to take extended video! Why do they hide? “I called the order” on line to Creative to see if they could help me and a woman named Flaxn was very rude. When I asked to speak with a manager who said he was not one of service. As comapny is still in business? I should have known. When I pre-ordered said it would ship on Monday, then I received an e-mail on Monday saying it was a new order. After I called them they told me it would ship on Tuesday for delivery Thursday. Thursday it has not arrived. I called again on Friday and said they would be delivered on Saturday. It does not show up again and finally today (Monday). What kind of customer service terrible! I was totally frustrated and not happy. I then finally the product did not work! So now I have to pay the long distance call back to resolve the problem with technical support or do I pay for postage for return. What of society is this? I flip the regular (not HD), but wanted more memory than current HD flip then why try the Vado. errore.Provare What a frustrating first flip or Kodak yourself for endless hours of Creative.Sono sure if this is so bad then the top will only get worse in future, especially if the economy declines and more will pay Creative persone.Fidati me on this.
